In this month of Thanksgiving, we are extremely grateful for our loyal customers. We sincerely appreciate your support through all of the ups and downs of this unusual year. Unfortunately, we need to ask for your flexibility and understanding once more as we enter into another temporary closure for Coronavirus protocols.
Effective Tuesday, November 17th, all in-person recreational classes, drop-in events and team practices will be on hold until at least January 4th . While this announcement was not entirely unexpected, we did not receive much notice to implement it. Therefore, we ask for your patience as we work out some of the final details about the upcoming weeks. Following is the information we have available today.
Please stay tuned for complete details from your gymnast’s coaching staff. We will be in touch very soon with virtual practice schedules and more information.
We will have our drop-in events on Monday, December 16th. If you are registered for any future Tumble Tots, Indoor Playground, Open Gym or Adult / Teen Gym sessions, your registration will be automatically cancelled and you will not be charged.
MONTHLY RECREATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All customers will receive class make-ups for the remainder of November. These make-ups do not expire and can be used anytime. You will also be eligible to use these make-ups towards our virtual programming that will launch this week, and for any future events at the gym when we reopen.
No one will be billed any tuition for their existing classes in December or going forward until we have a firm date for reopening. Customers who stay enrolled in class will have first priority to remain in their existing class or to select another class if schedule adjustments are required.
Please note that the vast majority of our classes are currently full with waitlists, so we strongly encourage you to stay enrolled. There is no risk to do so as you will not be billed again without confirmation of your enrollment.
We will be relaunching our Advantage@home online programming this week. Please stay tuned for a complete schedule, pricing information and details about how to participate.
We understand and share your disappointment that our athletes will be losing this important physical and social outlet. At the same time, we recognize we all play a role in reducing the devastating impact of this pandemic.
We are so proud of our staff and customers for the successful operation of our gym these past several months. We have been fortunate not to have had any reported incidents of COVID despite the rise in cases in our area. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back to the gym as soon as it is safe to do so, and will remain committed to implementing the most rigorous safety methods possible.
