Big Air

This class is designed for boys and girls who like to jump, climb, and roll while learning about body control, safe landings and catching some serious air. Our instructors teach students how to use their own body strength to maneuver up and over obstacles in a safe and fun environment. No previous gymnastics experience required.

Ages: 10-17 yrs Length: 55 min/once a week

Apparel: Athletic attire. Long hair must be pulled back.

Pre-qualifications: Must be 10 years old

Big Air Advanced

Students who are ready to take their skills to the next level will be promoted to Big Air Advanced. In this class, students will advance their skill progressions and combinations. This is also a great class for athletes who need advanced trampoline and tumbling skills for other sports.
