The Advantage Air program is designed for boys and girls who like to jump, climb, and tumble while learning about body control, safe landings and catching some serious air. Our instructors teach students how to use their own body strength to maneuver up and over obstacles in a safe and fun environment. No previous gymnastics experience required.
Attire: Gymnasts should wear comfortable athletic attire. Long hair must be pulled back for class.
JR Air
This our entry level class for students 5-7 years old. Students will be learn all of the basic Air skills in an environment tailored to younger kids.
Ages: 5-7
Length: 50 min/once a week
Pre-qualifications: Must be 5 years old
Big Air
This our novice class for students 8-12 years old. We will gradually increase the challenge level for all out athletes as they begin to master the foundational skills. When they are ready, students will be promoted to Extreme Air.
Ages: 8-12
Length: 50 min/once a week
Pre-qualifications: Must be 8 years old or have instructor approval
Extreme Air
Students who are ready to take their skills to the next level will be promoted to Extreme Air. In this class, students will advance their skill progressions and combinations. This intermediate-level class is also great for athletes who would benefit from trampoline and tumbling skills for other sports. Students who master the necessary skills in Extreme Air will be promoted to Ultimate Air.

Pre-qualifications: Must be 8 years old and have successfully completed the age-appropriate novice class, or have instructor approval
Ultimate Air
This is the most advanced level in our Advantage Air Program. Students will be able to work on a wide variety of complex trampoline, tumbling and tricking skills.
Ages: 8+
Length: 50 min / once a week
Pre-qualifications: Must be 8 years old and have successfully completed Extreme Air, or have instructor approval
