Our Advantage@home program formally launches today, May 1st.   While we would all love to be back in the gym together, we have found these classes to provide a great opportunity for fun, movement and connection during the last two weeks.  If you’ve been enjoying our trial period, now is the time to register for May.  If you haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, we hope you will.

Simply register for the Advantage@home option of your choice and you will receive the information you need to participate within 24 hours.

Which option is right for me?

Advantage@home Family $99:  If you have 2 or more children, you should select the Family Subscription.  This allows your entire family to participate in unlimited classes throughout the month. Note: When registering for the family subscription, please only register one member of your family.  You will still receive access for your whole family.

Advantage@home Individual $69:  If you only have 1 child, you may select the Individual Subscription for unlimited classes for that child.

Advantage@home Weekly $29:  If you would like to try our classes with a smaller commitment, the Weekly Subscription is the right choice for you.  This allows your family to explore options for one week.  Weeks are Monday-Saturday, regardless of which day you enroll.   Note: When registering for the weekly subscription, please only register one member of your family.  You will still receive access for your whole family.

Additional note: If you are enrolled in our regular class schedule that is currently on hold, you will not be charged for your monthly tuition for those recreational classes.  Having an Advantage@home subscription is separate from your monthly class enrollment.

When are classes?

Because this is brand new, we want to be able to adjust our schedule to meet the needs of our customers.  We have provided a starting schedule, but we will make frequent updates as we go to make sure we have something that works for everyone.


Q:  What do I need to have at home to participate? 

A:   You just need enough room to move around freely and safely.  A soft surface is also very helpful for most classes.

You will receive a suggested supply list for each class upon registration.  In most cases, any items suggested are optional and students will still be successful even if you don’t have those things.

Q:  How long are the classes?

A:  Preschool classes will run 20-30 minutes and most school-aged classes will be 30-40 minutes.

Q:  How do I know which class is right for my kids? 

A:  All students may participate in the classes that are most interesting to them regardless of their previous experience.  In fact, it’s a great time to try something new!

Please note that many classes have a suggested age range and ability level.

Younger students may become frustrated with a class that is too hard for them or may require assistance from a parent or sibling. 

Q:  Can more than one person in my family take the same class? 

A:  Absolutely!  As long as you have purchased the Family subscription, all of your kids can join any class, and parents can participate too!

Q:  Who will be able to see my kids on the class? 

A:  Classes will take place on Zoom in a password protected meeting room.  An Advantage staff member will monitor all classes to be sure that no one is on the conference that should not be in attendance.

Kids will be required to have their video cameras on in order to be able to participate in the class, so everyone else in the class will be able to see each other.  Please be sure to use your child’s name as your Zoom name to help our coaches.

Q:  Will the coaches be monitoring the classes to be sure my kids are doing what they should be?

A:  While our coaches will give participants feedback throughout the class, we cannot fully monitor their safety.  Parents are required to be nearby to ensure their kids are safe and following their own house rules. 

Q:  I have make-up classes available; can I use those to try an Advantage @home class?

A:  Yes!  You can exchange 2 class make-ups for an Advantage@home weekly subscription.  Please email info@advantagegym.com if you would like to apply your make-ups to a weekly subscription.

Q:  What if I want to join in the middle of the month?

A:  Monthly Advantage@home subscriptions can be pro-rated on a weekly basis.  Our weekly schedule is Monday-Saturday.  Since our classes are unlimited, we do not pro-rate weekly subscriptions.

Q:  How long will my subscription last?

A:  Your subscription will last until the last day of the week or month and you will have the option to renew each month the service is available.

Q:  I’d like to try a class.  What do I do?

A:  If you’d like to try our classes with less commitment than the monthly subscription, please select the weekly option.  Remember, you can also use class make-up credits for this option.

Q:  I’m sold.  How do I register?

A:  New customers should sign up here and existing customers will register via the parent portal.

Q:  Once I subscribe, when will I receive my login information?

A: After registering, you will immediately receive an automated confirmation email.  This email only confirms the success of your registration.  A second email will be sent within 24 hours of receiving the notification of your registration.  This email will include all of the login information and details for classes.  If it is the start of a new session, you will receive this email at the start of the session.
