We apologize for the confusion you may have experienced this week as we continue to navigate this unusual time.  As of this writing, our recreational programming will continue to take place as scheduled.

The state has delayed the implementation of new COVID restrictions that were to take place on July 30th in order to evaluate another solution.  This means we are operating under the same guidelines as we have been throughout this month, which allow us to continue to offer our classes as scheduled.

It is our understanding that the new plan may include a reduction in capacity from where we are today, but that it will most likely be significantly less restrictive than the previous version.  We are hopeful that we will be able to continue to offer the majority of our classes.  Until the announcement is made, however, some degree of uncertainty remains.

As such, we have decided to delay billing for our recreational customers until August 7th.  If we are able to continue to offer your class without interruption, you will be billed your regular tuition on the 7th.  If newly announced restrictions do force any cancellations or changes, you will only be billed for the first week of the month, if applicable.

We hope this explanation helps clarify the process for the upcoming week.  We will continue to update you about any changes as soon as we have more information.  While we know this may have been frustrating for some of you, we are committed to following the guidance we receive, and then adapting as needed.  We appreciate your flexibility and support.

We are looking forward to sharing more information with you soon.  If you have any questions in the meantime, our office staff is happy to assist.
