Do you offer free trial classes?

We invite you to participate in a FREE trial class at Advantage Gymnastics Academy.

We offer free trial classes to all first-time customers at Advantage Gymnastics Academy. You can do one free trial class per program offered. A free trial class gives you and your child an opportunity to experience a class on a completely risk-free basis so that you can be sure that AGA is a good fit for your family. To view available classes click here or contact our office staff. When you register for a free trial, we will hold a space in that specific class for your child. If you decide you would like to enroll in the class, you must do so within 48 hours of your trial to guarantee your spot.

Please note, drop-in classes and events are excluded from this offer.  Additionally, trial classes are not offered for students who have previously taken classes at Advantage without approval.

What is your tuition back guarantee?

If you are not completely satisfied during your first month of classes and we are unable to offer a solution, we will refund your tuition. This is for new students only.

What if I start in the middle of the month?

You can sign up for an open class at any time and tuition will be pro-rated for the month you start.  You will be added to our auto-pay system in the next calendar month.  Membership fees are due at the time of enrollment.

How long will my child be enrolled in class?

All of our classes operate on continuous enrollment. Students remain enrolled until you give notice that you would like to drop the class. This notice is due by the 15th of the previous month. If you decide to drop a class after the 15th of the month, your enrollment will continue until the next calendar month.

What is the annual Advantage Membership?

There is a $60.00 annual membership fee per student, due at time of registration. We will renew your membership each year on your anniversary date. The first sibling will be charged a discounted membership of $50.  Families with 3 or more children will pay a flat $125 membership fee. Membership is required to enroll in any of our classes. Members do receive discounts on many of our special events.

How do I withdraw my child from a class?

We require written notice by the 15th of the previous month to withdraw from a class. We do not offer credits or refunds for unused classes. There are no exceptions to this policy.

When is tuition due?

Tuition is due on the first of the month. You will receive a billing statement on approximately the 20th of the previous month. Your account will be automatically billed on the first business day of each month. We require all customers to use our auto-payment system. There are no exceptions to this policy.

What if my child misses a class?

It is always best to attend your regularly scheduled class when possible.

As a courtesy, we offer make-up opportunities when your child needs to occasionally miss class due to illness or other conflicts.

Make-up credits can be redeemed in several ways,  including:

  • Active students can attend another class appropriate to their age and level. Classes must be scheduled in advance on a space-available basis.  Students must be currently enrolled in class to utilize this option.
  • Make-ups are not guaranteed in the same class in which your child is currently enrolled, nor can we guarantee that siblings will be able to schedule them on the same day and time.
  • Students or any immediate family member may use a make-up credit for a drop-in class, including Indoor Playground, Tumble Tots, Open Gym or Teen & Adult Gymnastics.
  • Make-up credits may be exchanged for discounted tuition towards camps and other special events.
  • Students must pay tuition to hold their space in class.  Make-up credits may not be used in place of tuition and students must be actively enrolled in class to use credits for class participation.
  • Make-up credits expire 120 days from the date of issuance.

Our temporary COVID-related policy expired on December 31st, 2022.  Make-up credits acquired during that time do not expire and can be redeemed as described above.  Make-up credits are utilized in the order they were issued.

There are no make-ups available for pre-team or our competitive team practices.  Make-up credits cannot be applied towards team events.

Can we observe class?

Yes, parents and visitors are welcome to observe classes at any time.

Please stay in the observation area at all times.  If you need to communicate with your child, please ask a staff member for assistance.

What should my child wear to class?

Children may wear any comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Please avoid extremely loose or baggy clothing. Girls enrolled in our gymnastics classes are encouraged to wear a leotard, with or without shorts. Please no bare midriffs in any of our classes or drop-in events.  In colder weather, student may add an extra layer for warmth.  This layer should also be close-fitting and may not have a hood.
