Camp and Special Event Registration

Pre-registration is required for camps and special events. 

Cancellation and Billing Policy for Camps and Special Events

General Policy: Camp and special event balances are due upon registration. Any applicable discounts cannot be combined.

Cancellation Policy: Once registered, camps and special events are non-refundable/non-transferable.

Make-Up Policy: Make-up credits are limited. No further discounts applied when using make-up credits. Make-up credits are forfeited upon registration.

Late Pick-Ups

Advantage customers are required to be picked up from all camps and events in a timely manner.  Customers who are 15 or more minutes late to pick-up their children will incur a late fee.  Customers will be charged a minimum of $30 for late pick-up and $1 for every minute beyond the first 15 minutes. 

Advantage reserves the right to refuse future reservations for customers who are consistently late to pick up their children.
